Donnor wrote:He smirked as Arthur pushed him away. ”What’s the matter? Afraid I will try and pick your pockets? Are you ashamed that I am a wolf and will most likely bring shame to your family? Might I remind you this is news to me as well? Imagine what the wolves will think of me once they find out you are my brother…I will always be watched suspiciously now. A shame, all those people I stepped on, murdered, and destroyed to get to where I am with the wolves…I hope that wasn’t all for nothing.” Furiously, he continued his rant until Aasha took him by the hand. The softness of her skin slowing his heart rate as he slowly began to calm down.

He looked to her once again as they stood there together.
”I do not fear the Stafford Guard Aasha. They are a laughingstock among England’s militant groups and most of them even know that.” He brushed his hand against her cheek and smiled. ”Imagine the rumors that will come from this. He is my brother and yet we are both on opposite sides of the law…my side being the better of the two but that’s a whole other conversation on its own.”

Aasha wrote:It was obvious Arthur was in as much shock over the revelations as Donnor. He backed away and looked none to happy to hear that Donnor was his brother. The moment he did, Donnor began to rant. Aasha's eyes widened, her fear of not being good enough for him due to his new elevated status instantly dissipating. He wasn't calming though, his words about the wolves galvanizing her into action. Her hand slipped into his, squeezing gently before rubbing her thumb over the back.

She could feel part of his tension ease as he glanced down at her. I ain't fearin' them neither...jus' can't believe yer related to one of 'em now. Nuzzling her cheek into his hand, she smiled softly. Theres always rumors comin' from everythin'. This'll jus' add one thats true fer a change. Ain't nothin' to be 'shamed of...yer a damn fine wolfie, if'n I don't says so myself. Standing on tiptoes, she pulled him down and brushed her lips over his, whispering; Is ya alright love?

Arthur_loxley wrote:Arthur was... upset, infuriated, irritated, livid! There was a slow burn coursing through his veins. He had no idea how difficult this was to grasp, no inkling of the loss that still haunted Arthur after losing his brother and sister. His eyes showed contempt as he looked towards him. He took a step forward, placing Lynna behind him to protect her in case anything happened.

Pick my pockets? You can try, and maybe even succeed, but that is not what I fear. And shame? The shame is not my doing, I am not the one who left his wife and daughter for... for... He held his tongue. It was not right, or proper to finish his rant. He was not upset with aasha. Who knows how they are right now? Do you? Have you even inquired? Are they dead? How would you know? You've been on a path of self destruction since leaving them. Everyone knows it. Can see it! Even your pack fears it. Or maybe it's the guilt that resides within you? That burns itself into the deepest corner of your soul.. your heart. Do you even have one? He chuckled. It doesn't show that you do except when you have a new toy.His eyes made a gesture with his head towards aasha, then locked back with Donnor's.When will you bore of her? Tomorrow? The next day? You have no sense of morality or loyalty.. unless it serves your purpose. Like Cumberland. I defended you, believed you were escorting and traveling North. I knew deep down that the rumors of you bringing friends North to join the rebels was true. But, I had faith. People can change, right? No.. they deceive and hurt to progress. To "step on" others for them to succeed. Just like you stepped on Rain on your way to the top of the Wolves. He knew it would sting, not only Donnor.. but aasha. He took a brief look to see how accurately the arrow had flown.

He took a deep breath, and his voice was calm but dripping scorn as he looked at the pair. No one asked you, nor expects you to be scared of Stafford Guard. The ones behind bars are not laughing the same as you, that I am and will always be proud of. He knew he was provoking Donnor. It was apparent by the tone of his words.

Aasha wrote:Aasha stood stunned beside Donnor as Arthur began to rant. His tongue lashing cut deep, she didn't miss that he couldn't even say what he thought of her, not until later when he referred to her as Donnor's latest toy. She was his path to self destruction, even Donnor, who could easily defend himself would be hurt by her in the end. It wasn't her past that was rearing up now, yet still she destroyed everyone close to her. Would shatter him, the one she loved the most. - No! You can't love him you ninny! You'll only hurt him...or worse, be hurt yourself when he realizes how worthless you actually are! - Caring, nae loving would be her undoing. She couldn't stop it, even if she did her best to deny it.

She couldn't force herself to let loose his hand, even as her own went slack. She couldn't move, not even when everything in her was screaming to run. Right now, he needed her worse than her presence would harm him. He was wrong though, this brother that spoke of Donnor. She found her voice, even broken, long enough to murmur; He knows loyalty...he is loyal to the wolfies... but thats all she could say as her glistening eyes filled and began to overflow.

Donnor's Room at the Tudor Keep - Page 3 Empty Re: Donnor's Room at the Tudor Keep

Post  arthur_loxley Sun Mar 22, 2009 4:48 pm

Donnor wrote:He stood there motionless, except for a twitching in his lip as Arthur began to rant. Listening to the words and thinking how most of the things being said were because the whole truth had never been exposed and would remain that way. He had reasons for leaving his wife and daughter, fearing for their safety. Meeting Aasha, while accidental, was one of the better things that happened to him and he was not bothered by what people thought of that. Donnor narrowed his eyes, if fire could shoot out from them the entire room would be engulfed in flames.

”You will leave Aasha out of this, she is not the reason I left my life behind. My reasons are to complicated for someone like yourself to understand and they are also none of your business.” His voice was deep as he spoke. ”I have always been this way, only I restrained myself due to the difference between Rain and myself. What everyone else sees as a path of self destruction, I see as me finally being set free and if anyone has a problem with that I will gladly help them solve that problem. You speak of the wolves only from the second hand knowledge you receive from your spies, if they really feared my capabilities I would not be where I am within the pack.” He laughed at the idea of feeling guilt, having no regrets he was doing what he knew to be the best thing he could. ”You are right I have no heart…He ripped his shirt off and tossed it to the floor exposing the scars across his massive chest…Cumberland made sure of that when I was attacked and left for dead for traveling with ONE friend. You say I have no loyalty, there is proof right there in my scars. The person I was escorting got away without even a scratch because of me and my loyalty to protect him. Tell me how many times you have done that and then speak to me about loyalty, have you ever risked your life…come close to death from an attack like that?” His fist began to clench when Arthur claimed that Rain was a “stepping stone” for Donnor. ”Once again you speak of things that you have no idea about. I did everything I could to protect Rain, not from wolves, but from people like you. The wolves were more welcome to her then her own people, we do not judge people for who they speak with like the people you choose to associate with.”

He laughed as Arthur talked about being proud. ”You are proud? Proud that the people controlling you deserve to be behind bars as well? Proud that the politicians are committing more crimes then I am, and are getting away with it? By all means, be proud, it just shows that you are no better than them if you support their actions.” He could have kept going but felt that it was pointless to even continue the argument any longer. He turned to Aasha and could tell she was hurt by the things that had been said. His expression softened as he held her hand tighter.

”I believe we have over stayed our welcome Aasha. Whenever you are ready to leave we will go back to our TRUE family in Sherwood Forest. It is possible that the longer we stay, the harder it will be not to spill blood on the floor.” He turned back to everyone and bowed slightly. ”My apologies for disrupting your home, we can see ourselves out.” Lastly, he turns to his newly discovered brother. ”I am sure this will not be the last time we meet, but since I am such a disgrace, I will do my best to avoid you…best of luck to you in the future with your lady.”

Post  arthur_loxley Sun Mar 22, 2009 4:48 pm

Aasha wrote:His voice had taken on a tone of command, difficult to ignore even as her thoughts circled and collided into what she knew she must do in her mind. She listened quietly as Donnor told Arthur to leave her out of it. She knew he hadn't left Rain for her, neither of them had expected a teasing camaraderie to turn into something else. Not until the reception...but that was not a thought for now.

She could hear the pride in his voice as he spoke of the wolves, knew him as a more relaxed wolf now than when she first met him. Saw the difference in him as he no longer restrained his baser instincts. It was a side she enjoyed seeing, something they shared in not hiding behind what others expected any longer.

Glancing up as he ripped his shirt off, she couldn't help but trace one of the scars crisscrossing his chest. Hadn't she said he was loyal. Had no heart? How could he say he loved her without one? Lowering her lashes, she struggled to check the tears. Hadn't he shown her in a myriad of ways that he meant it when he said he loved her? Didn't that prove he had one?

His hand tightening on hers brought her back to awareness. Blinking back tears that were continuing to spill, she glanced from him to the others in the room. Aye...back to Sherwood...

She said nothing else, nor did she bow as she turned to leave with him, she had no strength to fight them, not now. Her own internal struggles were too strong, she didn't even have the will to fight herself.

She waited until they were out of the room, far enough down the hall that no one could hear before she stopped him. She couldn't hold the words back, her emotions were too raw. Her voice was husky, the effort to speak apparent. Donnor...I...I ain't willin' to see me be yer undoin'. Yer too good as a wolfie fer me to be tearin' you down. Yer not 'lowed to be destroyin' yerself...not fer me...not fer nobody. Her free hand went back up to trace his scars again, the fingertips lightly brushing along each one as she whispered; I...I can't help lovin' you...but if'n that means I'll be hurtin' ya...then I can't stay.

"I understand you don't like the name you are used to Donnor and that is fine.. I debated many hours on if i should bring this up or if I should let this not be known.. But my conscious couldn't allow it if I knew something like this and didn't try to make up for my idiot brothers mistakes..

She stepped forward and took Donnor's hand and looked at him "Nephew please do not leave.. Dinner is waiting down in the grand hall for us .. I would enjoy it if you would please stay and talk see if we can't find some sort of .. .Comprise so to speak between the family.. Arthur_loxley wrote:Arthur was even more upset. His own aunt took Donnor's side. He looked at Brianna with hurt in his eyes. She even insulted his father. He realized his father had made many mistakes, but to hear it come from his Aunt's mouth was too much.

Ldy_Brianna wrote:...my idiot brothers mistakes..

He was emotionally overwhelmed with everything that was occurring. His aunt had approached Donnor and consoled him over her own nephew. She'd never done that for him. He thought to himself: He just got here and has already Brianna on his side. He refused to call her Auntie Bri any longer. He had been through a lot in the past with his family especially when Bridget was alive, and his Aunt never took his side. She had followed Grip into disowning him and his sister. A bit hypocritical that a Wolf is so easily accepted, Arthur thought.

He felt Lynna's touch on his skin, and looked towards her. He was in pain, and knew that she could feel it. He took her hands in his, kissed her, and said quietly:
Let's go. This nephew isn't welcome here.

He led Lynna out of the room and towards the Estate Gardens. He needed some fresh air, and knew it was the furthest from this room.

Post  arthur_loxley Sun Mar 22, 2009 4:49 pm

Donnor wrote:They walked out together hand in hand without saying another word. He did not need those people to be happy as long as Aasha was with him and the wolves supported him. Still unable to get over the fact that Arthur had spoken of things that he had no clue about, they walked down the hall until Aasha stopped. Turning to figure out why she had stopped, he listened as she spoke. There was a certain pain in her voice as she talked to him. He sighed as he placed his free hand on her shoulder and stared into her eyes.

Was he hearing her correctly, was she saying she loved him, it brought a smile to his face until she started talking about not being able to stay. He could feel his stomach twisting up as he thought she was going to leave. ”Aasha, ignore what was said in there, this is the happiest I have been in a long time and you will not be my undoing. They have no idea what they are talking about, I am not destroying myself in any way. With you I finally feel as though I can be free to be who I am without it affecting the person I care about. I love you Aasha and the only thing you could do to hurt me is leave me, so ignore what everyone else is saying and listen to your own heart and what it tells you. It knows better than anyone else what is right, I know what mine tells me.” He pulled her in close and leaned his head down, kissing her gently as his arms wrapped around her.

He had turned to lead her out of the house when Brianna came out the door and pulled them back in, for a little woman she was able to pull them back into the room and it surprised him.
”You would have to cut my hand if to get it anywhere near his.” He let go of Aasha’s hand and crossed his arms over his chest. ”Of course I do not like the name. However, if anything you are saying is true then I would appreciate it if you did not speak of him in such a manner, after all…He is still my father no matter what his faults were he was doing what he thought was best for his family.”

He looked down at his and Aasha’s clothes confused. There was nothing wrong with they way they were dressed except the fact that he had once again torn his shirt. As he was getting ready to answer her about sticking around for dinner, Arthur and Lynna and started walking out of the room. He could sense that Arthur was upset by the look on his face and he honestly felt sorry for everything that had happened in the last few moments. Watching while Brianna stopped them from leaving he looked to Aasha, then back to everyone else. ”If they don’t have to stay then we don’t either. Besides, I do not think Aasha will fit into your clothes…not trying to be rude but you have had nine kids and your butt looks to be a bit on the big side when comparing it to Aasha’s…perhaps that smaller girl standing over there quietly, Tasite was it? Yes she looks more her size.” He looks back at Aasha and smiles.

Aasha wrote:She hadn't meant to say anything about loving him, she'd barely admitted it to herself, and didn't want him to know. Especially since she knew she couldn't stay and take the chance she'd hurt him worse. She was still staring at his chest, trying to force herself to reclaim her hand and walk away when she felt his hand on her shoulder.

Lifting her eyes, she knew the mistake she'd made when hers were captured by his. She was sinking fast, she couldn't leave, not when he looked at her like that. The butterflies in her stomach were rapidly flapping their wings as tears continued to flow down her face. Swallowing hard, she listened to his words, allowing her mind to open and absorb each syllable. His lips stopped her response, her body pliant as he pulled her closer, her hands linking behind his neck of their own accord. She knew she couldn't leave it unsaid this time, not now, not with his words echoing in her heart. I tole you I wouldna run...I wasn't gonna...I...I was gonna walk 'way. I wan'...you're too impo'tent fer me to be hurtin'. Closing her eyes and leaning further into him, she did as he bade and listened to her heart. The rapid rhythm was obvious against his chest as her voice whispered out again. My heart...its hard to hear over the fear sometimes. I knows...even if'n it ain't good fer you... Meeting his eyes again, her eyes reflected the love and desire she felt for him. It felt easier to say this time. My heart tells me I loves you. More'n I thought I ken love anybody...an' knowin' you loves me...I dunno how to tells ya what that means.

Her knees felt weak as he turned to lead her out, she wanted to be far away, just the two of them. They'd barely turned though before his aunt was pulling them back in. She didn't want to go back in, especially not now, but had no choice with the other woman tugging so insistently.

Feeling bereft as he folded his arms across his chest, she was listened silently as the conversation ebbed and flowed around her, still caught up in her confessions to him. His words of family made her think of her own, her parents had done the same, sending her to live with her uncle thinking it would be best, never knowing what evil lurked inside her cousin's soul.

When Arthur and Lynna began to depart, Aasha felt a twinge of sympathy. She shouldn't, not after he'd insulted Donnor, not after the insults to herself, but knew deep down that part of it was a reaction to the news that had been imparted. Meeting Donnor's gaze, she smiled reassuringly, moving closer to lay her hand on his back. Donnor's words brought an answering smile to her face. She was giggling by the time he finished, but immediately protested Brianna's talk of wearing a dress. Whats wrong wit' whats I gots on? She had a stubborn set to her face as she added; An' I ain't leavin' Donnor...I stays where he does. She was practically stomping her foot, she was emphatic about not going to another room, especially with the tension still so high.

Lynna wrote:She was frowning now but not in anger, it was a genuine ache in her heart as the voices were raised, there has been so much grief in the past months, the loss of siblings and spouses affected all of their lives it seemed, sometimes not knowing for months that anything had happened. Tears welling in her eyes when she couldn't control her own emotions, she caressed his neck as his head lowered when he took her hand kissing it softly, saying he wanted to leave.

She looked briefly at everyone her concern directed at not only Arthur but Donnors apparent anguish. She held onto his arm as he went to leave believing they should all take some time to digest what had happened. Bri stopped them at the door but it didn't seem as if any words could comfort Arthur right now. As he gave Lynna a look which she returned reassuringly they continued out the door ...

Bri caught them in the hall as Arthur had stopped momentarily for a deep breath he wasn't in the mood for any of this, Lynna didn't need to speak for him ever but right now she did. She turned back as Bri approached and releasing his hand for a moment he kept walking but slowed the pace not looking back, she went to Bri. We'll be back for dinner Bri I really think Arthur just needs some time to take all this in , she gave her a reassuring hug and whispered, we can work this out just give it a little time she smiled awkwardly before hastening her steps to catch up to Arthur, Let's take that walk Love she said and kissed him softly...

Donnor wrote:He watches as the room begins to empty until he is standing there alone with Aasha. He closes the door and once everyone is out and walks over and sits on the end of his bed. Letting out a long sigh, he motions for her to come sit beside him. In the midst of all the madness today he was glad to have her there with him. ”So…uhmmm, wow? I never thought something like this would happen.” He wanted to continue with what they had been discussing in the hall but was unsure of where to start. Taking her hand in his, he laced their fingers together.

”Aasha, I have never felt this way about anyone before. They way my stomach feels when I look at you, how my heart feels like it is ready to explode out of my chest when our lips meet. It is all a new feeling for me. I know you have been hurt in the past, and I know you have a hard time getting very close to someone, but I can promise you that as long as I am around, you have nothing to fear. I would never do anything intentionally to hurt you…and if you would give me a chance I would like to prove it.” He paused a moment as he thought about how to word what it was he wanted to say to her, brushing her hair from her face he looked into her emerald colored eyes.

”When you told me in the hall that your heart tells you that you love me, I was very happy to hear that. You are an amazing girl and I consider myself lucky to be here with you, even if you think you do not deserve it. You deserve that and so much more and I want to be the one to give you everything you deserve. Will you give me that chance?”

Aasha wrote:She watched the room clear with a sense of relief. It wasn't the same as leaving, as being in Sherwood, but she was alone with him. She knew he would need time to process everything, she felt as if she did as well. And all she'd done was faced herself. Even though she'd not run from him, she had still been running. It was all internal, running away from her feelings by pushing them back as hard as she could. They'd broken free in this room, and wouldn't go back no matter how hard she pushed.

She watched him silently as he closed the door, then went to sit on the bed. Feeling the oddest trepidation, she approached slowly and sank onto the mattress beside him. As he interlaced their fingers, she studied hers against his, they looked so fragile, the way she felt right now.

She expected him to talk about his new family, not about her, or anything that had been said in the hallway. That moment had been lost, but by his words she realized he'd not lost nor forgotten them. Lowering her lashes, her hair slipped around like a cloud, covering her expression. My biggest fear is in losin' you...I lost everybody I ever gots close to. I...I couldna bear to lose you too. I... She glanced down at their hands again, before bringing them both close to lay over her frantically beating heart. I love you Donnor. I knows ya said it to me 'fore...an' I didna say nothin' back. It ain't somethin' I'm used to sayin'...ain't somethin' I ever figured I was 'lowed to do. I don't fear you...I fear what ya makes me feel cuz I dun knows what it all is.

She sighed deeply as he tenderly brushed her hair out of her eyes. There was no hiding now, not when her face so clearly reflected the depth of her feelings. I dun deserve ya...but I ain't lettin' ya go ne'ther. The only thin' ya ken do to hurt me is leave...guess same as what ya said would hurt you. I can't hurts ya likes that, can't even if'n yer better wit' someone else. You tole me to listen to my heart, an' now it won't be quiet no mores.

Her eyes were still locked with his as she finished, his hand pressed over her heart. Breaking the gaze, she leaned forward and placed a gentle kiss on his chest, right over the scar on his heart. I dun wants nothin' to hurts ya...not even me. I'll gives ya any chances yer wantin', long as yer givin' me a chance to learn to be what ya need.

Donnor wrote:”You need not fear losing me, I am not going anywhere without you.” He could feel her heart racing in her chest as he watched her lips, smiling at every word that came out. ”All the new feelings you are having are normal and don’t worry, I am feeling them also. The truth is I refuse to hide the fact that I love you, no matter who says something about it.”

He frowned slightly as she mentioned that she doesn’t deserve him, he actually thought it should be the other way around. ”You deserve me more than I deserve you. I have done a lot of horrible things in my past but I always seem to end up very lucky. I think meeting you was one of the luckiest moments in my life and even if I tried looking, I would not be able to find any better than you. Just never try and close your heart, because sometimes the heart knows better than we think.”

Watching as she broke their eye contact and leaned in to kiss his chest, he removed his hand from her chest and pulled her onto his lap. ”You are already everything I need and more. One of these days I want to be able to call you my wife, if that is something you would like. What do you say Aasha, will you marry me and give me the privilege of introducing you as my wife?” He heart was racing and he could feel it in his throat from being so nervous about how she would respond to his proposal. He knew it was sudden, he didn’t really expect it to happen this fast but his heart was screaming for her and he began to sweat as he waited for it to sink in.

Aasha wrote:I dun care who says nothin'. Not now. I tried fightin' it already Donnor...an' I wasna winnin'. I thinks...when I stopped fightin'...maybe thats when I won. Her eyes glistened as they met his. You know yer past dun matter to me. Only who ya is now...jus' likes ya said mine dun matter to you.

Reaching out, she brushed her hand across his cheek and smiled softly. There was always a pull...but when ya pulled me on ya at the reception, I felt like it was more'n jus' my body fallin'. I was tinglin' all over...an' didna know what'd happened to cause it. My heart ain't closed to you Donnor, it can't be. I'm thinkin' yer a better thief then I ever ken be, cuz you noticed when I tooks yers, but I didna notice an' weren't able to stop ya takin' mine.

Her arms twined around his neck as he pulled her into his lap, her face inches from his. The temptation to kiss him was strong, but she checked the movement as he continued to speak. Her eyes widened as he finished, her vision narrowed and darkened as she felt the room spin.- Did he just? No, he couldn't...he did though... - It was the last thing she expected, all of her insecurities, her feeling of inadequacy rushed in to overwhelm her as she slumped in his arms.

Her eyes were glistening again as she struggled to breathe, to focus on something besides the beating in her ears. Beating? Taking short, shallow breaths, she closed her eyes and let the sound wash over, realizing it was his heart racing under her ear.

It seemed an eternity had passed, but was in reality only a few moments before the room slowly swam back into focus. Tears were trickling down her cheeks as she met his eyes. Her hands tightened on his neck as she leaned up, pressing her lips to his. Barely breathing, she whispered; I'd follow ya into hell if'n thats where ya was leadin' me. She had serious doubts that she was good enough for anyone to marry, but if it meant forever with him... I'd loves to be yer wife...

Ok that went well...moving towards the back stairs, Tas moves quickly through the kitchen but only after grabbing some fruit then making her way into the parlor.

Grabbing a blanket from the chair to cover her legs, Tas sit in her favorite so that she can look out the window. How she missed
her husband and wish he would hurry home...

Family quarrels have a total bitterness unmatched by others. Yet it sometimes happens that they also have a kind of tang, a pleasantness beneath the unpleasantness, based on the tacit understanding that this is not for keeps; that any limb you climb out on will still be there later for you to climb back.

Tas knew this to shall pass... Then she giggles wondering what would be next for this family.

Donnor wrote:He leaned his head into her hand as it brushed across his face, a feeling of warmth set in as he closed his eyes and listened to the sound of her voice. As she spoke he remembered that night at the reception, the way his body felt as their lips were pressed together. ”I felt the same thing at the reception, the feeling was so strong that I did not want it to end and I feel that way every time you are near.”

He smiled as her arms went around his neck as he waited for her response to the proposal. He could feel her body relax in his arms as her breathing changed. When she finally answered he pulled her tighter against his chest and laid his head on hers, breathing her in. ”I love you.” He did not need to say anything more as they sat there together alone. He wanted as much time doing that before they were interrupted again about the dinner and other family things.

Moments later he pulled back and looked down at her, meeting her gaze he smiled and leaned in. Kissing her gently at first, his hands slowly made their way up to her head, he pulled her in to deepen the kiss more passionately. His eyes were closed and he could swear he was seeing stars, as he pulled away he could feel his heart racing once again and was light headed. No one had ever made him feel as good as she did, and he was looking forward to feeling that way for the rest of his life. A smile spread across his face as he raised his hand to rest on her cheek, lightly kissing her once more.

Aasha wrote:I thought it was yer mushrooms...till i felt the same in yer home. Her head was snuggled firmly against his chest, she could feel the texture of his skin on her cheek as she continued to listen to his heart beat in rhythm to hers. She couldn't believe she'd just agreed to marry him, the one thing in her life she'd never planned on doing, but how could she resist? She had no control with Donnor, and no desire to learn any. Not anymore, not when he made her feel so perfect.

Her lips were muffled against his chest as his arms tightened. I loves ya too Donnor. Nuzzling into his chest, she turned her face into him to kiss the closest scar, letting her lips graze to feel the texture fully. Closing her eyes, she memorized every feeling she was experiencing, wanting a way to pull it out and savor it forever. She concentrated on every tiny nuance, his breathing, his heartbeat, the subtle scent enveloping her. The way her body responded just being in his arms.

She was so absorbed in sensations that she almost missed him pulling back. Lifting her chin, she watched fascinated as his lips moved closer, hers parting of their own accord. She was holding her breath, shivering as their lips met, fighting to keep her eyes open to see his face. A bolt of electricity ran through her veins as he kissed her passionately, the frisson of awareness blossoming until nothing existed but them. She was pressing tightly to him, every nerve ending tingling. Aasha was vaguely aware she should pull back, but didn't, her breathing shallow when he pulled away. She didn't realize her eyes were closed, not until he cupped her cheek. Eyes fluttered open, glazed with passion before she raised her lips to his, deepening what was meant as a light kiss as her ardor took control.

Donnor wrote:The feelings he was experiencing were incredible, several different emotions coursing through his veins as he let his thoughts go. The last kiss, he intended on being light had now turned into something more passionate and deep. His hands roamed freely, down her back as he lay back on the bed holding her body against him. His breathing had started to become more rapid as excitement built up inside of him. His hands slowly made their way down to her sides as he pulled her tighter against him, his tongue gently parting her lips as it searched for hers. He did not want to take it slow anymore, he needed her completely. His hands left their position on her side as they slowly made their way inside the front of her shirt. As his hands were exploring a thought crossed his mind and he pulled away from the kiss.

”Are you okay with this love? I do not want to do anything you are uncomfortable with.”

Aasha wrote:She couldn't think, only feel as she felt his tongue brush against hers. A small gasp tumbled out, as her eyes drifted shut, her nails tightening into the back of his neck. She didn't understand what was happening inside her body, she only knew she needed to be closer. Her breathing became more erratic as his hands wandered, the tingling left in their wake causing the ache to become more pronounced. As his hands traveled under her shirt, she trembled and opened her eyes, expecting horror at the touch but only feeling a desire for more. He was gentle, tender, she didn't feel trapped at all.

A soft growl of protest rumbled out as he pulled away, her eyes met his as he asked after her comfort. In answer, she pressed closer, stretching out over his body while her lips returned to his.
